Class of 2009 - Chris C

Chris is a class of 2009 Tumwater High student.  He and his friend Chelsea met me downtown on a beautiful sunny afternoon.  We walked all over downtown and even went to his favorite pie shop - the owner agreed we could take some pictures there, but then she ran away to avoid being in them! laugh :-)  There are so many great places for portraits downtown and in the surrounding area - I doubt I’ll ever see and do it all. :)

Here are a few teasers from the session!

It doesn’t get more ‘Olympia’ than The Spar: :)

Then we headed up to Tumwater Falls Park for the last few shots:

Looking forward to seeing you soon Chris, and meeting your parents too. :)

Class of 2009 - Jen W

Jen is a senior this year at Tumwater High - we went downtown for her session and she brought her friend Erin (and her mom Erin) :)

We had some windy and rainy weather, but the awesome clouds made it all worthwhile (for me at least - lol)  Jen saw these already and she was pretty dang excited about them so I guess it was worth it for her too!

Model ~ Ember Johnson

I met up with Ember, an aspiring young model, and her mom Lori at Lake Wenatchee last week.  She hired us to take some portfolio pictures.  Looking though the images now it looks like a sunny day at the beach, but the reality was that the wind was blowing about 40MPH and it was hard to even stand up!  Communcation was tough too - yelling from just a few feet away was the only way to be heard.  Ember was a trooper - it tooks guts and determination to model swimwear on that beach!!

Thanks Ember! - I have a feeling you’re going to go a long way in this business. :)
